What the service provides
PawGlance is an educational pet-photo software service at pawglance.com. Features may include photo uploads, AI-generated observations, pet profiles, and saved reports. Availability is shown in the product.
PawGlance does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. A veterinarian should evaluate health concerns.
Your account and uploads
Keep your sign-in details private and provide information you are authorized to share. Upload only images you own or have permission to use. Avoid including personal documents or images of people.
Do not use the service to harm others, access another person’s data, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service.
Paid features
The price, currency, billing interval, and included access are shown before checkout. A feature being described on the website does not mean that payment or analysis is currently available.
When a subscription is active, use Account to review its status and cancellation options. Review the refund policy for payment problems. No report accuracy or response-time guarantee is offered.
Access and changes
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may restrict misuse of the service. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
